Lumberton Kia is seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team at our dealership in Lumberton, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance and possess the knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and accurately determine the cause of malfunctions
- Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components as needed
- Communicate with Service Advisors and customers to provide updates on repairs and recommendations for additional services
- Keep accurate records of all services performed and prepare detailed reports for management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
